1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and xbajr (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the xbajr platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions.

This Agreement is supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other document on the xbajr platform, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

xbajr operates as an international online casino and sports betting platform. All services offered on the platform are intended solely for entertainment purposes. The platform is not responsible for any decisions made by users based on information displayed on the site, including but not limited to odds, statistics, game outcomes, or promotional materials.

These terms apply to all users of the xbajr platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used to reach the site. Access via mobile browser, tablet, or desktop computer is equally subject to this Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the xbajr platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a hard minimum age requirement and it is non-negotiable. By creating an account on xbajr, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

xbajr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. If a user fails to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, or if xbajr has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any account balance may be withheld pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also satisfy the following eligibility criteria to use the xbajr platform:

• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party when placing bets or making deposits.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of xbajr or any of its technology or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.

xbajr is designed and marketed primarily for the Bangladesh market. By using the platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from a location where doing so does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of xbajr services — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on the xbajr platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure without refund.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process. xbajr reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbajr username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified xbajr of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. xbajr will investigate all reported cases of unauthorised access and may temporarily freeze the account during the investigation period.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

xbajr may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time at our discretion. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

xbajr supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following locally trusted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). Additional bank transfer options are available for selected Bangladesh financial institutions including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on xbajr is ৳100. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by xbajr, although your payment provider's own transaction limits may apply. Deposits are credited to your xbajr account in real time or within a few minutes of a confirmed transaction, depending on the payment method used. xbajr does not charge fees for standard BDT deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

xbajr reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. A withdrawal request may be declined or delayed if the account has outstanding KYC requirements, if there is a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if xbajr's fraud-monitoring systems flag the transaction for review.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, and transactions on xbajr are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees apply to BDT transactions. If a user attempts to deposit via a payment method that processes in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

4.4 Prohibited Payment Practices

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method owner is not the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from an unverified or third-party source may be confiscated. You must not use the xbajr platform to process payments on behalf of any other person or for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

xbajr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published at the time the promotion is offered. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by xbajr are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet wagering requirement at the end of the validity period will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available only to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Each player, household address, IP address, device, and payment method is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

5.3 Abuse and Fraud

xbajr actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated play between multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially, and placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering obligations. Where bonus abuse is detected, xbajr reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

xbajr runs seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events including BPL cricket fixtures, IPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms which will be published on the xbajr promotions page at the time of each campaign. Seasonal promotions cannot be combined with each other or with welcome bonuses unless explicitly stated.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games, live casino tables, slots, and crash games available on xbajr are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All random-outcome games on xbajr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. xbajr does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and table games are as declared by the game's developer and are published within the game information panel.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on xbajr are governed by standard international sports betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise voided, the applicable settlement rules will follow the standard practice for that sport as defined in xbajr's sportsbook rules documentation. In-play bets placed after the event of an in-play occurrence that was not yet reflected in the live odds at the time of placement may be voided at xbajr's discretion.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, bet, or transaction — including but not limited to disconnection during live gameplay, incorrect odds being displayed, or software errors — xbajr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. No winnings generated as a direct result of a verified technical error will be paid out.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are expressly prohibited on the xbajr platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the xbajr platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in platform software or game mechanics for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Using the xbajr platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to disguise the origin of funds deposited on the platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions with your payment provider after depositing funds on xbajr.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xbajr staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to transfer funds between xbajr accounts belonging to different registered users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

xbajr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Bonus abuse or any other deliberate attempt to circumvent platform rules.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• Request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

8.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity. xbajr will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying dormant account fees. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be returned to the account holder upon request and successful identity verification.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their xbajr account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, xbajr will process any outstanding balance subject to applicable KYC and wagering requirement checks, and will confirm account closure within 5 business days. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request an immediate account freeze pending formal closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbajr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the xbajr platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, xbajr is not liable for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Loss of winnings or missed betting opportunities due to technical interruptions, maintenance windows, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.
• Decisions made in reliance on information, statistics, odds, or content displayed on the xbajr platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider or banking institution.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings received through the xbajr platform — it is your responsibility to understand and comply with applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

xbajr's maximum aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

xbajr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xbajr will publish the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the document. In the case of significant changes, xbajr may also notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the xbajr platform after any changes to these Terms & Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to request account closure.
